What is the BIG fuss about Breezy and Rhianna reconnection anyways? I mean, they bleed just like we do and are entitled to forgive each other for whatever differences that they’ve had–God forgave us. Yes Breezy slapped her around a bit but we don’t know what she really did to him, she could’ve done worse. You guys are fans and feel offended that you hated Chris brown for hitting Rhianna and she turns around and forgives him–she gets it. However, this is love and you just can’t turn your back that easily no matter how hard it knocks you down.

What is it with these companies that want you to slave 30/+ hours a week for an internship and then don’t want to pay you–and provide college credit upon request? And what about college graduates who no longer need credit?
All of my time can’t be spent at a non paying internship–it just can’t. I can fathom 16 to 20 hours per week but 30 hours is a bit extensive. Half of these internships that are being offered don’t have 30 hours worth of responsibility to offer you. I’ve worked an internship with a huge news company and completed about 18 hours per week. They complained that I wasn’t their enough while in the same breath, explained how interns sit and bite and spit their fingernails all over the newsroom all day. So what is it–is there some type of intern quota that companies have to meet per season?
Today, no one can afford to sit at an unpaid internship for 30/+ hours a
week unless it’s for a college credit; however, given the status of the economy and the hours required for a college credit, employers should want to provide their interns with something. Many of us work, attend school and still try to find internships that fit our schedules. The jobs that most of us work while attending school are bullshit jobs that take advantage of our social status and pay as little as possible. The least these companies can do is shorten the hours if the internship lacks duties AND pay or increase the experience of the internship; really! You guys really can’t have your cake and eat it too these days. Although we are labeled ‘students,’ we’ve been trained for a good while and if given the opportunity, we could probably take your job with the skills that we possess so EMPLOYERS, don’t be too cheap and get the ‘student status’ mistaken!

It is extremely amazing how dumb and ignorant the people of America are. We live an entire life and are entitled to claim ignorance and be an idiot at times but some Americans abuse this.
Instead of Americans and politicians focusing on the economy, health care, creating jobs, relieving military troops etc., everyone is convening on the nationality of President Obama. I mean, this is ridiculous people. After all of these centuries, everyone is still bent on how the black community CAN”T share the same talents as whites; your totally not ready for diversity and need to take your head out of your asses for once.
The ignorance of the birtherist movement to suggest that the authenticity of Obama’s long form birth certificate was bogus due to Hawaiian officials not classifying him as “Negro” in lieu of “African” just proves how racist and fearful birtherist are of Black America. Since the birth of this man’s presidency, he has been bizarrely scrutinized by the world. His evaluations haven’t been based on the success of his duties as the President, it’s been solely based on the color of his skin–grow up people, I mean, how old are you?
It’s not like he put America at war and left the White House to read to children in Florida to escape being blown to bits by terrorist. It’s not like he knew of a possible September 11th attack and couldn’t protect his country because he abruptly wanted to read. I mean, he didn’t bring America’s economy to its knees by spending tax payers money on a war that we probably won’t win. OBAMA also didn’t choose to go to Texas to assist in a mild disaster over New Orleans where babies were floating pass their homes that were also floating due to broken levies, women and children starving–an entire U.S. city under water; Obama is still cleaning up the mess that Bush built and it’s not easy. His brother wasn’t the Governor of any State and if he paid to get where he is then so what Donald Trump. Sometimes you don’t have to be a good student to be successful–some people don’t do well in a classroom setting. That’s the power of diversity, we are all different and get to various places in life using many methods–all diverse! Apparently he is good at something because he, Obama, is the President of the United States and you NOT. You can run but no one will vote for you because you don’t know what it’s like NOT to have. You have most of the money in the world, what the hell do you know? I think that your challenge for the President to release his memoire is a publicity stunt. I mean yes your Donald Trump but your show is ancient, you need some attention. They’re so many more captivating shows than yours’.
President Bush cheated to win his Presidency and no one had anything to say about that. He came and destroyed American and this man steps up to the plate to take a stab at restoring the ole’ Land of the Free and all you can think about is his race. You dummy’s voted Bush into office twice and were silent while we were drowning, now all of a sudden, while America’s trying to get back up everyone has balls–fine. Have balls and say what you’re mad at. Don’t keep denying that you all are racist because that’s what it is.
It’s time for you racist critiques to except that Blacks are just as bright as Whites and can draw the same paths that God wishes and you control nothing. Not you birtherist idiots, not Sara Palin’s (what a joke), Donald Trump–nobody! It’s not about race, it’s about whom can look out for the best interest of America and colors don’t think, neither can genders–ultimately, people do!

Why is it that DC police can technically park anywhere in the world without being penalized but choose to park in the few parking spaces that DC has to offer?
Don’t even think about reporting broken meters that except coins ever again in your life because the Visa machine is located right above the coin entrance so you have options now. If you don’t have a Visa then you are short! This city is so pressed for money to do NOTHING with!
And what is it with this generation of teenagers? They are so disrespectful and they think that it’s cute. They are beyond ignorant…can we create a word for them that means far worse please. These teenagers are loud and obnoxious, they are bent on cursing so that everyone from here to LA can hear them and more importantly, they are DUMB!
Kudos to the teacher who posted the truth about her high school students on her blog. Maybe they will step their game up and stop being so lazy and getting mad when someone tries to teach them something.
Why is it that almost every women’s public restroom have to carry a stench that lingers far beyond the entrance? Does the men’s bathroom have this stench? What in the world is going wrong with the hygiene of our women these days…this excludes me of course because I am big on that!

This speaks pure sarcasm to those employers who have everything to say about the activities of ex-offenders and do nothing but lie to try to help the situation. Everyone including these snotty employers is an ‘ex-offender/sinner,’ some just haven’t been caught yet!

So I’m just going to be short and real here. DC treats the southeast quadrant of it’s city like they don’t exist and do you know why? Because that’s where most of DC’s minority reside; not because they want to, but because they are forced to through price hikes and other restraints for life’s necessities-that’s another story!
The pictures above will show you that the civilians of southeast don’t live in DC, they couldn’t. The power lines were split and the trees were tipped over into the street and sidewalk since January 26th. This is a safety hazard and if this condition was in SW, NW or Northeast DC, this situation would have been taken care of within the next two days. I have been monitoring this street because I knew that no one would come. It is February 2nd, where id DPW? I know that the police refuse to respond to SE emergencies; however, this isn’t a matter of confrontation, low-income civilians that the city has hidden on the other side of the Anacostia River would love to walk down the street without driving or tripping over a tree branch-or even being smacked by a power line that has been blown by the wind. Can the wind blow DPW over the bridge please…Southeast would really appreciate it…we are a quadrant of the District of Columbia too!
